Privacy policy

This is what Frontier Softech does with personal data that reaches us through frontiersoftech.com. Where another company handles it, we name them.

What we collect

Nothing, until you press send. The enquiry form asks for your name, business name, phone number, email address and the product you are interested in, plus your message. It also notes which page you sent it from. No form here asks for payment details or a GST number.

The careers form takes a CV as well. It travels as an email attachment to our office and is never stored on this website, so there is no link that could open it.

If you message us on WhatsApp (+91 98146 36488 for Tally, +91 98554 31488 for ERPNext, Frappe and payroll), we get the chat and anything you attach. Emails to info@frontiersoftech.com stay in our mailbox. Calls to +91 161 5044 180 show up in our call records.

Where it goes

A form enquiry arrives as an email at info@frontiersoftech.com. The people who would do the work read it there. No customer database or lead service sits behind this site.

Before it goes, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person filled it in. Our server also keeps a scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP address and message, which nobody can read back, so it can spot floods and double sends. After an hour it is deleted.

WhatsApp belongs to Meta and follows Meta's privacy terms, which we have no say over. If something is commercially sensitive, email it or call the landline instead.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4. It tells us which pages were opened, roughly where a visit came from, what device and browser were used, and which link brought you here. Its cookies recognise a repeat visit. It never gives us your name, and we make no attempt to work out who a visitor is.

No advertising or remarketing trackers run on this site, and nothing from it goes to an ad network. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.

A few pages show a YouTube video, and the contact section shows a Google Map. Both come from Google, which may set cookies of its own.

Block these cookies in your browser, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

Who else can see it

We do not sell personal data. Nobody gets it for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep email for 24 months. People often ask what was quoted or set up a year or two after the fact, and we need the thread to answer.

WhatsApp chats are cleared every quarter, attachments too. Anything you want us to hold on to, email as well.

Analytics data stays for as long as our Google Analytics account is set to keep it.

Getting it changed or deleted

Write to info@frontiersoftech.com or ring +91 161 5044 180. Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Tell us the email or number you used and we will find it. CVs from the careers form count too.

To complain about how we handled your data, use the same email, or write to Frontier Tower, 180, GT Road, Miller Ganj, Ludhiana, Punjab.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.

Changes

Any change moves the date at the top. Old versions are not archived, so save a copy if the wording matters to you.
