What Tally integration does

Orders come in on your website, leads sit in a CRM, the factory runs its own system, and the books are in Tally. Then someone in accounts types every entry again.

Integration does that typing for you. Entries from your software, mobile app or web portal post into Tally as vouchers, and stock, outstanding and ledgers come back. They move as each entry is saved, or on a schedule.

Which software can be connected to Tally?

Any software that has an API, including software written only for your business.

Does the other software need an API?

It helps. If it has one, we connect the two directly. If it does not, we can usually work from its database or a file it exports.

Can entries go into Tally as they happen?

Yes, the moment they are saved. Or on a schedule, such as every hour.

Does Tally need to be on the cloud?

No. It works with Tally on a computer in your office, or withTally on cloud. Either way, Tally must be open with the company loaded. While Tally is closed, nothing syncs.

Is it integration or customization?

If data moves between Tally and another software, it is integration. If the change stays inside Tally, it is Tally customization.
