TallyPrime with WhatsApp
Send invoices, orders and reports to your customers on WhatsApp, straight from TallyPrime. One at a time or in bulk, as PDF, JPEG or Excel.
₹1,300 a year + GST for the subscription, plus a message wallet you top up (₹675 or ₹2,700 + GST). It needs an active TSS and a WhatsApp Business account. Nothing else to install.

Docs by Ira reads your invoices and drafts the voucher in TallyPrime, so nobody keys the same bill in twice. Nothing posts until you review and approve it.
100 pages free to start, then ₹1 a page + GST, in packs of 200, 400, 600 or 3,000 pages, each valid for a year. It needs an active TSS and TallyPrime 7.1 or later, in India.

TallyDrive
TallyDrive backs up your TallyPrime company data to Tally's own cloud, on a schedule you set once. It is already part of TallyPrime; it only needs switching on.
Free with an active TSS: 1 GB single-user, 3 GB multi-user. More from ₹1,200 a year for 10 GB + GST. It needs TallyPrime 7.0 or later.

Daily, weekly or monthly. Backups then run on their own in the background.
Daily, for compliance
A daily schedule supports the Government-mandated daily backup of electronic books.

Restore the latest backup, or any earlier version.
Only the changes
Incremental backups save what changed since the last one, so they are quick.

Compressed backups, shared with your CA securely, with access control.
Off your machine
Stored on Tally's cloud, so a crashed PC or a failed disk does not take the books with it.
If TSS lapses, access stops at once. The backups stay stored for 90 days, but you cannot open them or take new ones until you renew. If TallyDrive is your only backup, keep a local copy too. More on the TSS page.
Tally Virtual User (TVU)
Using TallyPrime over Remote Desktop, Citrix or a cloud server counts as virtual use, and each person working that way takes one TVU. One person with Tally open twice takes two.
Your licence includes 1 TVU on Silver and 10 on Gold. Each one beyond that is ₹125 per user a month + GST, billed for the year. Extra TVUs are for Gold; on Silver, you move to Gold first. TVU does not need an active TSS.
A VPN on its own does not use TVUs; a VPN with Remote Desktop does. The largerCloud Access packs need TVUs too, and each pack shows how many.
Tally on mobile
Biz Analyst puts TallyPrime on the phone, for the people away from the desk. Take orders, chase payments and pass entries; they sync back into your books.
